M Group Services is currently looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to join our expanding Shared Service Centre called ‘TrainWithUs’ based in Oldham, Manchester.

As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of a team providing an internal training service across our operational contracts and business units. Ideally you will have had some previous experience within the Utilities Sector, which includes, Water, Gas, Telecoms, Transport, Electricity.

As a Training Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Identifying the training needs using our training system and Power Bi Reports
  • Liaising with business and Contract Managers to plan, book and coordinate training for their teams
  • Working with suppliers to implement the process for the whole life-cycle of training administration from making reservations through to certification and evaluation
  • Tracking CITB and other training grant applications
  • Ensuring feedback from training events is obtained, assessed and acted upon

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Experience as a Training Coordinator or an experienced Training Administrator looking for the next step
  • Working in a team delivering a time dependent service
  • Fast paced and experience in an SLA driven environment
  • Having a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and having an attention to detail
  • Excellent all round experience in operating IT systems specifically MS Office
