The Opportunity

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as Training Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting the training function with booking and communicating training and maintaining compliance by checking records and keeping them updated. Provide administration and support data for the learning management system.

  • Keeping training trackers and learning management systems updated
  • Entering data and scanning training evidence to maintain audit ready records
  • Entering new starters onto they system and checking that induction material is evidenced
  • Booking external training courses e.g. first aid, workplace transport training
  • Creating reports to show compliance and support gap analysis for KPI’s
  • Communicating and supporting the booking of group led training initiatives
  • Supporting with site audits as required

  • Strong IT skills & ideally experience of systems
  • Accurate and organised in administration
  • Able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexible approach to hours
