The Role

A High Care Prep Operative is a Skilled role working with-in the preparation area. They are required to assist a team of colleagues to Produce high quality ingredients for our sandwiches, sub rolls and wraps. The role also requires training on certain machinery such as, Urschell slicer, grasselli and spray tunnels. All training for the role will be carried out by the Prep Man Tech. Prep Operatives should communicate any issues directly to their Line Manager and have flexibility to move around the business as and when required, this may include working in Low Risk Prep.
