Our production team are passionate about ensuring the products we manufacture allow for effective patient care for patients in their own home.

Working as part of the training team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer Operator to deliver effective training packages to team members who produce nutrition products in our sterile manufacturing facility.

We work Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week between 7:00 to 21:00 on occasion, no bank holidays or weekends!

Your key responsibilities will be:
Delivering structure training packages on a one to one, or group basis

Ensure standards are maintained through active coaching of operators

Maintain annual observation matrix and training matrix

Ensure all materials and paperwork are available prior to training sessions

Assist in re-training and/or re-validation of existing staff

Perform observations on Production staff and maintain documentation

Act as a mentor and co-ordinate induction training for new operators

What you’ll need to succeed:
Have experience in mentoring/training and working in a clean room environment

Have the enthusiasm and drive to inspire others to achieve their best

Effective communication is key and you must be able to communicate with people of all grades

Be organised and self sufficient

Be engaging and encourage others to actively participate in the training.
