Do you want to manage a territory with huge potential for business growth?

Are you a medical sales professional who is confident selling in a theatre sales environment?

You will be working as part of our dedicated and high performing Orthopaedics team in the South of England.

This is a key role where you will have a real opportunity to make an impact, by taking a pro-active approach to ensure effective strategies and tactics are implemented to achieve business growth and sales within the Orthopaedics portfolio.

What you can expect to be doing:
To increase sales of Orthopaedic products and services within your territory

Successful delivery and achievement of sales and profit plan

To develop technical expertise in line with the customer (Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre staff, Procurement) and acquire an informed knowledge of clinical data and the Orthopaedic Joint Replacement market

To establish and develop relationships with target and existing customers, in order to maintain the existing business and to create a pipeline of new revenue streams for future business development

Continually seek new ways to ensure increased levels of sales performance are achieved.

To implement best practice within Salesforce for business planning and performance effectiveness

What you’ll need to succeed:
Be educated to degree level (preferably biological sciences) with a good understanding of human anatomy

Excellent communication, presentation, organisation and product demonstration skills

Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers

Have experience of the U.K Orthopaedic market and Orthopaedic procedures (desirable)

Ability to exceed customer expectations, and to work independently to achieve sales and service objectives

A good team player with positive outlook employed at all times. Determination to deliver exceptional performance and to deliver tangible result
