Working Monday to Friday

The Role

To lead and coordinate all training in relation to processes, policies and systems and CRM systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing all required training material and programs, implementing, tracking and reporting all results and quality metrics. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement and excellence across all areas of responsibility.

Duties

  • To deliver a high standard of training and development across the department
  • Develop training schedules regularly and tailor training programs to meet client needs
  • Communicate new ideas effectively
  • Conduct refresher training and buzz sessions to ensure employees are kept refreshed on call quality and performance
  • Deliver coaching sessions on a one to one and group formats

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years working within a Training environment
  • Positive approach with the ability to engage and motivate teams
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Effective listening
  • Delivery of Training for new and existing staff
