Persimmon Homes Central require a Trainee Sales Advisor, to be based in the Coventry / Rugby area. You will receive in-house and on the job training, shadowing and assisting the Sales Advisor. Once qualified, you will negotiate and administer the sale of houses, meet and advise customers, give home demonstrations and meet sales targets, including reservations and legal completions. Working hours 10 am – 5 pm Thursday to Sunday and 11 am – 6 pm Monday. You must be able to work weekends and bank holidays

Qualifications/Experience
Current driving license and own transport essential.

The successful candidate will have a confident manner, excellent communication and organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
