AEG Presents Touring team are looking for a coordinator to assist with all aspects of tour administration including tour accounting & reporting.

You’ll support promoters to build costing for tours and individual shows using our in-house event budget software, ensuring all events and tours are up to date during all stages from draft, approval, confirmed to fully settled.

Whilst working with senior management & promoters on UK & European tour modelling, you’ll request venue availability and budgets for routing of tours per the direction of our senior management team.

Working with the Production department, you’ll ensure the Promoter Handbook is kept up to date and all Show reps comply with our standards; you’ll prepare tour settlements and touring packs, and on occasions act as tour accountant.

You’ll also work with our Finance team to ensure the completed shows are correctly reported within our in-house systems, as well as approve final supplier invoices and update settlements where necessary.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised and with an eye for detail. You’ll have excellent knowledge of Excel along with good financial skills. If you have previous experience from within a similar industry that would be advantageous.

You’ll have great communication skills and be able to build good working relationships with both external parties such as Promoters, Venues and suppliers and also internally across different departments.
