We are looking for a Control Room CCTV Operator to join our security team on a zero-hour contract.

You will operate effective and efficient control room duties including, alarm response; CCTV monitoring; Access and Egress control; and communication links, liaising as appropriate with the Venues Management; the Managing Agent; Entertainment Avenue & Peninsula Square (ED&PS); Emergency Services; Law Enforcement Departments: Local Government and Transport Services.

You will communicate, liaise and operate closely as appropriate with the other departments and bodies including the Site Security Team, the Entertainment District & ICON Management Team, Peninsula Square Operations Team, the Venues Management Team, the Parking Management team, Contractors, Partners, Tenants, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement Departments, Local Government and Transport Services.

We are looking for a SIA CCTV Operator with relevant control room experience. You must also have experience of working in a customer service environment and be committed to working to high standards.

With strong communication skills, you will be committed and flexible in your approach to work and have a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and to establish good professional relationships with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
