A new opportunity for a Toolmaker is now available in JCB World Headquarters

We are looking for someone who has experience in the below skills...

Manual milling, drilling, boring and turning.

Manufacture of precision components.

Assembly of components

Repair and maintenance of manual and hydraulic fixtures

Maintenance of machinery on and off site at other JCB Divisions.

General tool making tasks.

About You

Ideally, you’ll have recent experience of working in a machine shop / tool making environment. Whilst also having the ability to use manual and NC controlled machinery and read engineering drawings. We would also be looking for someone who has qualified in an appropriate engineering field. A health & Safety qualification would be desirable.

Person Skills:Has a good work ethic, has an eye for detail and accuracy, and can work with on own initiative

Complete tasks in a timely manner

Able to organise workload to ensure that multiple projects can be progressed in the most efficient manner

Enthusiastic and keen to learn

Punctual and reliable

Good communication skills
