About the role

Due to expansion within the team we are currently seeking a Third Party Claims Handler to join our Third Party Assist team in Glasgow.
You will proactively contact non-fault third parties to establish their needs. In addition to this you will administer prompt deployment of services from NFUM’s approved supplier network and promote NFUM as a brand to third party potential customers to maximise future insurance sale opportunities and increase customer base.


Working Hours: Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm with 1 in 7 Saturdays 9am-2pm (35 hours per week) with home and office working flexibility. Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 p.a. dependent upon experience.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a demonstrable work ethic who has previous experience within a third-party capture role or an outbound sales environment ideally within the insurance industry.


It is also essential that you are familiar with using Microsoft Office packages. You will also have good written English as well as strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and on the telephone.


To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will need to have direct capture experience.
