To act as the Air Engineering technical support interface for the Logistics Department.
Ensuring tracked assets receipted as new, repaired and reconditioned are updated or created in GOLDesp prior to entering into stock, with associated CIETP interrogation.
Track missing high value assets in an investigating role using GOLDesp, where there is no further information leads for senior stores staff to act on.
Report Quality issues relating to assets that fail to meet the required standard.
Manage the Supply Chain asset rejections that fail to meet specifications.
Manage aircraft assets using the asset tracking application GOLDesp.
Act as asset tracking application GOLDesp subject matter expert and point of contact for the Logistics Department.
Manage all Technical Equipment entering the Supply Chain, iaw current Data Integrity Policies.
Process all Culdrose embarked aviation air managed asset returns; promptly feeding assets into the correct repair chain and reconditioning assets as necessary.
Comply with all Station and Supply Chain Health & Safety regulations.
Liaise with and assist other departments within the Supply Chain, providing cover to control workflows.
