About the Job
RAF Menwith Hill is an integral part of the worldwide Defence Communications Network and provides intelligence support for the United Kingdom, United States of America and allied interests. The Facilities Control Centre manages the Maintenance and Operation of the utilities infrastructure located within the Ops compound to provide high reliability support to the mission systems.
Full UK Driving licence is essential due to the remote location of the buildings and the equipment needed to transport between them.
Role Description
The position is located within the Facilities Control Centre (FCC). You will be required to participate in a 24 hour, 7 day week, 52 week shift system on a rotating roster. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance and operation/investigating mission equipment or infrastructure located in the Operations Compound in order to meet the changing mission needs.

Plus £3000 Recruitment and Retention allowance per annum and other allowances
