Why not apply for our Technical Specialist role! This role sits within our medical industry, focusing on our water portfolio. This is a home based role with travel.

As the Sales Specialist you will drive the sales of Pall Point of Use and Prefiltration filters. You will encourage, develop, and grow strategic relationships with highly valuable customers.

In this role you will also:
Business
Grow the water business across large Hospitals, Health Inspectors, Hospital Groups and Non Hospital customers
Support the Medical business through the application of technical skills in the water portfolio
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve business objectives and outstanding performance
Plan and guide the sales process end to end
Identify potential roadblocks and build a plan to overcome these

Customer
Become a ‘go-to’ trusted advisor with key decision makers within target accounts
Operate and influence effectively at all levels from C-level to end users
Establish and encourage customer valued relationships with senior management and decision makers in the assigned accounts

Operations
Maintain the CRM as an accurate reflection of accounts, contacts, activities and opportunities
Draw on available resources as needed to achieve objectives

Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Science, Microbiology, Engineering. Infection Control Nurse is also suitable.
Proven ability to develop new business and achieve superior performance
Action orientated!
Builds mutually beneficial relationships and strategies with customers
Able to understand a customer’s business and priorities and translate these into business opportunities
Experienced in key account management, building relationships vertically and horizontally across customer organization
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar roles
Sales and Marketing Strategy development and Action Planning
