Do you want to work for a market leader in their Life Science division, whilst gaining skills to further your career?

Pall are currently recruiting for a R&D Engineering Technician based at their Harbourgate site, to work in a small production group of 6 reporting to a manger who has been with the business for over 12 years. You would be working 37 hours per week on site.

This is an excellent opportunity to increase your skills and work for a company who are dedicated to progressing their staff. Your day to day role would be in the Lab testing prototypes and jigs using fluid dynamics and an array of testing equipment. You would be writing up protocols, writing reports and using teams calls to communicate with other members of the team. You would be responsible for ordering parts, working on your own initiative in a confident and timely manner.

Key Skills:
Have previous experience working in a workshop or laboratory environment assembling equipment or operating machinery

Hands on experience with self-motivation

Good teamwork and communication

Mechanical testing experience

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams

3D CAD and CMM experience would be advantageous but not essential

Essential Previous Experience:
Performing laboratory investigations

Assisting in manufacturing/assembling prototype products

Completing tasks within designated time scales

Creation of test protocols and procedures
