CK Group are recruiting for a Technical Information Coordinator to join a chemicals manufacturing and distribution company at their site based in Aylesbury on a full time, permanent basis.

The Company: Our client specialises in supplying raw materials. They currently have a vacancy for a Junior Technical Information Co-Ordinator with great problem-solving, organisation and communication skills to join our Compliance Team. The Compliance department is responsible for updating their technical databases, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements, and solving quality issues.

Location: This Technical Information Coordinator role is located in Aylesbury, commutable by road from surrounding areas including Oxford, Milton Keynes,London and more. Aylesbury also has a train station.

The role:

  • Helping the Compliance team to maintain the Junior Technical Database and all product technical files, specifications and Safety Data Sheets.
  • Working with the R&D, Sales and Supply Chain departments to ensure that Compliance information is communicated appropriately internally
  • Communicating regulatory obligations and technical information to our suppliers and customers.
  • Helping to coordinate and complete customer forms on products using the technical database

Your background:

  • The successful candidate will have a scientific education to at least A-level, great attention to detail, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.You will be supported by extensive training, enthusiastic and supportive colleagues, and outside training if required. This role is essential in enabling the company to continue to provide their customers and suppliers with excellence in materialsupply and customer service.
