As a technical coordinator with Capgemini Engineering, you will be fundamental to our ability to deliver to our customers and clients. Our customer expectations are high, as such we are looking for adaptive and driven candidates to deliver on time to required quality.

Your role

  • Coordinates technical activities for airframe structural repair engineering

  • Presents delivery status to customer during weekly reviews

  • Technical coordination is for a transnational team with UK-based team supported by back offices

  • Responsibilities include: task allocation, control of input data, update of task status in service management systems, control of workflows including review of work by technical checkers.

  • Control of conformance to process & procedure for release of repair solution to customer.

  • Delivery of data packs to customer, on a daily basis.

  • Report and exchange information both ways, across trans-national team.

Your profile

  • Experience in technical project management

  • Experience in customer-facing situations with tight deadlines

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Technical understanding of airframe repair activities

  • Experience in structural design & stress activities

  • Experience in handling Airbus documentation (Drawings, Technical notes, Manuals, Service Bulletin, SRM, …)

  • Experience in customer service documentation (AIRNAV, SRM, AMM, IPC…) and ATA structure chapter (ATA 51, 52, 53, 55...).

  • Knowledge of the repair or concessions process.

  • Strong ability to work autonomously but also as part of a trans-national team.

  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-priority tasks, responsiveness.

  • Language Skills: Advanced level of English. Ability in Spanish would be a plus.
