Position Summary

We are looking for a Technical Compliance Manager to join our Nestlé Waters factory in Buxton to support the Quality and SHE departments. You will be required to manage the Technical Compliance Systems for the factory to ensure the required standards are maintained.

A day in the life of a Technical Compliance Manager

As a Technical Compliance Manager, you will be a key point of contact for the Technical teams within the factory and Application Group colleagues.

Key day to day activities:
  • Lead a cross functional internal audit team to measure compliance to our technical standards
  • Completion and followup of internal audits
  • Lead key compliance activities such as 3rd party auditing, NMS, Change Management, Document Control, Risk Assessment, Food Defence, SHE-PM
  • Support the QSHE functions through reporting, trending, verification and training
  • Be the key factory contact for imported products and manage the inter-market supply quality system
  • Support the commercial functions in providing technical support and information for customers.
  • Support NPD and I2L process with the TAG team in the Buxton factory by leading Quality and Product Mastership elements of trials and new product/process launches.
  • Lead the factory Compliance Pillar team

What Will Make You Successful

You will have experience within a FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate proven expertise in compliance management.

Other key attributes:
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience in leading ISO or similar audits within a production facility
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and other requirements
  • The ability to put in place and maintain standard routines
  • Influential team player with the confidence to influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Ideally educated in a technical discipline, e.g. University degree or the equivalent knowledge.
  • Problem solving mindset with ability to use own initiative.
