Team Leader job with a leading youth homelessness charity

Your new company
Hays have partnered with a leading youth homeless charity who are based in the South West. This organisation supports over 2500 young people from complex backgrounds who require support in creating a better future. They have strong local partnerships and adhere to the best practice within the sector.

Your new role
You will be responsible for leading a team of experienced support workers, offering the day to day supervision, support and guidance to carry out their duties. You must be able to motivate people and lead by example whilst overseeing a small portfolio of properties. You must have experience of supporting young people and be able to help build on the life chances of care leavers.

What you’ll need to succeed
You must have strong housing management experience. You must also have specific experience of working with young people and people from a care background. Knowledge and experience of being a leader and managing a team would be beneficial.
