IT Operations EMEA Specialist

You will be working with users on multiple sites, taking a lead on all IT Infrastructure related support tasks, change requests, planned activities, project budget planning and other delegated tasks as well as for other business needs. You will be comfortable working on your own and as a team when required, offering your own experience to work complex projects.

What you’ll need to have:

You’ll be confident, committed, and enthusiastic. Working on your own initiative and with key people within the organisation across the UK and globe.

Being familiar with Microsoft especially Windows 10 and Active Directory will be paramount for this role and having used Dell Kace and PBX/VOIP would enable you to hit the ground running, however training will be provided.

As an IT Operations Specialist you would have experienced identifying training required for end users, worked on networking and cabling, identified server requirements and done general maintenance work to keep the systems operating smoothly.

It is important to know this role requires a Full Driver’s License and Vehicle as you will be travelling and work from home is not possible.
