Are you a qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nursing) with recent experience within a comparable role looking for a change?Here we highly value the contribution that the CYP Public Health Service (School Nursing) makes to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families, using evidence-based, early intervention strategiesAs a Specialist Practitioner, you will lead and participate in the School Nursing core programme, as underpinned by the Healthy Child Programme and will work in partnership with children, young people and families, the Local Authority, Early Intervention Services, Children’s Services, Schools and other Health Care providers.You will be required to work closely with neighbouring School Nursing teams pan Dorset, to provide services in response to identified needs, including supporting the delivery of ChatHealthWe are looking for an enthusiastic Specialist Practitioner (School Nursing) to join and complement our forward-thinking Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole School Nursing teams. This role is based at Canford Heath Clinic in Poole – you will cover schools in Poole and Bournemouth.
