We are looking for a dynamic, passionate creative person. Who is willing to step up to the challenge to work alongside people with a Learning Disability who may be experiencing crises or transition’s in their lives.

The role is within a multidisciplinary team, Of skilled specialist people and we are looking for somebody to compliment and help drive ideas forward to improve the lives of people we come into contact with.

A can do attitude is essential!

The Intensive Support Team is Pan Dorset our hours of operation are 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year , Shift work is essential and you are expected to work as per Rota.

You will be required to undertake a Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression course and it is a condition of your employment that you successfully complete all aspects of this course; if this is not achieved you will not be able to commence working in the post.
