To strengthen our UK Talent Team, based in our Slough offices we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Talent Operations Advisor.


As a Talent Operations Advisor you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support our employees & Managers with HR Operational queries through our HR Answers platform
  • Keep knowledge base up to date on our HR Answers platform
  • Execute the local hire to retire processes in line with global standards
  • Coordinate onboarding of new hires
  • Actively manage the partnership with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating Apprentices and Students through a 3rd party provider
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, communicate legal updates to employees & Managers and ensure continuous optimization of processes and policies in line with local regulations
  • Supporting the Employee Communication Group who meet Quarterly
  • Ensuring processes are continuously improved


Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Relevant experience in an operational HR role and payroll
  • Good knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law
  • IT savvy: HR Systems experience ideally SAP & Success factors. Microsoft tools, including proficiency in Excel
  • Focus on high level of customer service with capability to manage manifold deadlines and priorities
  • Accurate and precise with excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to solve problems by using effective communication skills
  • Solid communication skills: excellent written and spoken English. You can adapt your communication style to your audience (cultural awareness)
  • Results driven team player with a strong service-oriented mindset and behaviour
  • Accountable, takes ownership of problem resolution, able and willing to take initiative (pro-active)
  • Flexible approach to work – able to help where needed
