Talent Team:

The talent team is responsible for recruiting permanent, contract, Intern & Gradates for Amadeus in the UK; as well as supporting the organisation with Learning & Development & Talent Management solutions. It will be expanding its remit to include support for some Western European markets. As a result, the team is looking to add to its numbers as it grows its capability. The team is part of the wider UK People & Culture department, working closely with Business Partners, and other HR colleagues.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment team with coordinating interviews for the business
  • Own the completion of contracts for new starters, as well as support the on-boarding process
  • Provide reporting on behalf of the recruitment team for the busines & to the wider People & Culture (HR) department
  • Supporting L&D initiatives
  • Support the Talent Manager & Business Partners with Talent Management initiatives & processes
  • Play a big role in driving the Graduate and Intern recruitment & wider Talent activities
  • Support the improvement of the recruitment team, it’s capability and it’s processes
  • Get involved in ad-hoc projects
  • Support visa process as well relocating candidates from outside of the UK


Background/skills needed:

  • Strong written & verbal English skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of working as a coordinator or administrator in a corporate environment
  • Creative problem solver
  • Strong experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, and basic formulas needed)
  • Strong time management/stakeholder management
  • Results oriented mindset
