What You’ll Do

Supporting the recruitment of Warehouse Operative roles at our Warrington Hub, our Talent Acquisition Resourcers administer all recruitment processes from the application stage to joining stage. You will be the point of contact for candidate and ensure timely updates and communication on the progress of their application, keeping them ‘warm’ and ensuring good understanding of what the role entails and what to expect. They will support the delivery of assessment centres and information evenings and keep vacancies up to date including recruitment websites and social media content.

What You’ll Need

Strong IT skills, comfortable working with a variety of systems

A good interest in recruitment. Some experience would be an advantage

Excellent organisational skills, with strong personal prioritisation and multitasking skills

A friendly, can do, positive attitude

Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal – with excellent attention to detail.

Driving License (as some travel may be necessary to our other sites)
