We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for Van Drivers (or ParcelShop drivers as we call them) to join our growing depot team. Full-time and part-time shifts are available to suit you.

£10.00 per hour (£9.31+ £0.69 GEOALLW), overtime paid at £12.38 per hour (paid after average 40 hours per week) to £12.38 per hour for a 6th shift

What You’ll Do

The job isn’t always easy. At times, you’ll deal with large volumes of deliveries. But you’ll be given space to get the work done, thinking quickly to hit moving targets.

You’ll deliver and collect parcels on a multi-drop basis to and from our ParcelShop & Smart Locker network, rather than customers’ homes. Our parcels individually are relatively light, but there’s lots of them! Therefore, as you’ll be loading and unloading vehicles, you must be physically fit. You’ll also be comfortable using safe manual-handling techniques.

Our drivers start work between 10am and 11am and full-time contracts are 40 hours a week (plus overtime, if required). You’ll be part of a rota working 5 days in 6, Monday to Saturday. Flexible and part-time hours are also available.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

• You’ll need a full UK driving licence with 3.5 Tonne entitlement. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
• Excellent communication skills
• A safety-first mindset
