The work you do will leaving a lasting and positive imprint on the candidates, hiring leaders and colleagues that you work with.About The RoleAs Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon, you’ll deliver full lifecycle recruitment, from recruitment initiation through to offer and onboarding. You’ll be accountable for attracting, screening and partnering with Hiring Managers, helping ensure that the hiring decisions Haleon makes are aligned with the organisation’s goals and objectives, fostering diversity and inclusion.You’ll be passionate about delivering excellence and will be able to analyse recruitment data and metrics, providing valuable insights to stakeholders regarding recruitment performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.Key responsibilities- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management. Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Delivers end to end hiring including managerial roles. Participates in process improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder management: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand talent requirements, and resourcing needs. Build strong relationships and provide consultation on talent acquisition best practices.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives; writes compelling adverts, engaging LinkedIn posts and uses effective and well-articulated passive outreach messages. Participates in on and off-site careers fairs and other recruitment events.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, talent networks, referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions and professional associations. We role model Talent Magnet behaviours and we use our skills as expert interviewers to help assess talent effectively for Haleon and for our TA function.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Uses ATS effectively to ensure high data reliability.
- Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the talent acquisition process. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
- Applies Agile TA methodology, providing the most value where it matters most, purposefully prioritising work based on criticality of the demand, and reflects on ways to improve the application of the methodology.
- Business acumen: Apply in depth knowledge of what makes our business successful and how TA supports our business performance.
- Curiosity, change & growth mindset: Challenges the status quo and uses data to identify where and how we focus our resources and leadership skills to impact change. - Full cycle in-house recruiting or Agency experience ideally in consumer goods or related industry.
- Advanced communication and written skills in English.
- Knowledge in Excel and Power Point.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends and employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions.
- Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of Agile TA methodology
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective recruitment strategies and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HR team members, and candidates.
