It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About The RolePharmacy Go-To-Market (GTM) lead is a key role in the commercial organization tasked with bringing efficiency, sophistication and technology-enabled quality and access to our Pharmacy channel coverage across the highly complex EMEA-LATAM region. The role will deliver Perfect Store 3.0, e-B2B platform development and deployment and modernizing route-to-market across key geographies.Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the current route-to-market structure for PH channel across region to segment and prioritize initiatives, success measures and KPIs.
  • Modernize route-to-market by critically evaluating current model vis-à-vis peers for effectiveness, cost, and channel objectives. Engage BU and regional leadership to guide markets through the change.
  • Deploy Perfect Store 3.0 project across key markets with precision and speed. Make sure best practices are scaled and deployed across Haleon in other regions.
  • Develop scalable solutions for Next Best Action incl suggested ordering.
  • Create e-B2B platform for digital ordering and order management (Horizon) with lead markets and scale across Europe and other markets where applicable.
  • Build capability programmes to ensure we are industry leading in this critical channel for Haleon.
EssentialQualifications and skills
  • 8+ years Sales/commercial excellence leadership experience – preferably in more than 1 market.
  • The role must develop the GTM future for Haleon which can fuel the organization’s ambition of undisputed leadership in Pharmacy channel. Hence the incumbent needs to have thorough understanding of Pharmacy channel across various archetypes and evolved understanding of cost/resource vs impact.
  • Since the role involves creating and deploying fundamental changes to how we serve customers, incumbent must interact with senior BU leadership, Commercial excellence teams and sales teams, Tech and Analytics teams, and Finance & Supply across region. Hence excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Projects like Perfect Store 3.0 and e-B2B are multi-functional and highly complex. In addition to solid understanding of GTM, incumbent will need to demonstrate evolved project management skills.

  • Ability to navigate through lack of clarity- as many projects will have their learning journey which will impact goalposts.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambassadorship of Haleon’s long term strategy – both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills – build excellent rapport with Bus & Markets.
