Job Description

Pertemps Managed Solutions has been engaged by a major FMCG Brand to support the hire of a new Talent Acquisition Partner. The successful candidate will typically be expected to travel to the site in Melton Mowbray once per week (with flexibility to increase this if required).

This role will provide dedicated support to Line Managers within our Procurement, Supply Chain and HR teams. The successful candidate will provide the recruitment expertise needed for all aspects of the internal & external hiring processes. This means you will build in-depth, data-based knowledge about the markets and functions in your scope and leverage your insights to be a great partner to Line Managers in finding the best talent possible


What would your key responsibilities be?
    Responsible for internal & external recruitment for various roles within the organisation
    Work closely with stakeholders to determine core capabilities/experiences for success in the roles within their scope, whilst attracting diverse candidates with the right skills, capabilities and ability to bring their culture and values to life
    Create a sourcing & recruiting strategy to attract diverse candidates, helping to meet our short and long-term business needs
    Serve as an ambassador and guardian of caliber for diversity & candidate experience through the recruitment process
    Drive insights out of data and proactively share those to inform the most effective recruitment strategy
    Manage relationships with key external providers & agencies
    Continuously build an external talent pipeline; proactively sourcing for high-quality candidates and maintaining relationships with talent for future opportunities, developing creative and alternative external sources of talent and remaining informed around external recruitment best practices
What are we looking for?
    Demonstrable experience in full life-cycle recruitment support positions in a complex, diverse, and high growth business
    Ability to prioritise business and customer needs while providing high value/satisfaction with clients/candidates
    Ability to deliver recruitment solutions to geographically distributed hiring managers while consistently delivering professional customer service
    Curiosity when analysing data & gaining insights that inform the recruitment strategy
    Strong written, oral and listening communication skills
    Strong networking skills to generate great talent exchange
    Ability to navigate in a complex work environment & drive change, assess and adjust priorities to ensure critical work is delivered in a timely fashion
