The role:

  • The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing recruitment projects from sourcing and onboarding achieved through advertising and directly approaching to evaluation and managing candidates through the recruitment process to offer stage.
  • In the role the Talent Acquisition Manager will evaluate and refine sourcing and selection strategies for junior management to senior management roles
  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will support the building of a strong employer brand and will build successful working relationships with stakeholders across the business

Ideal candidate:

  • You will be currently working within an in-house talent acquisition role or be working for a recruiter and want to progress your career in talent management. Preferably this will be in a high-volume operational role ideally within the retail or FMCG environments.
  • It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills especially communication and planning and organizing skills as this role will involve managing multiple projects
  • For the Talent Acquisition Manager role you must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be proven in multi-tasking.
  • You will be highly personable, credible and flexible and be able to engage internal and external stakeholders
