The role:

• The successful Product Manager Food & Beverage will play a key role as part of the product and propositions team supporting business growth through developing and delivering food and beverage propositions that delight customers.
• The Product Manager Food & Beverage will lead projects focused around a snacking and breakfast ensuring commercial performance is at the center of decision making.
• The Product Manager Food & Beverage will use data and insights to develop new propositions and enhance existing propositions focusing on product development, category pricing, value engineering, merchandising and operational engagement and execution
• Leading new product concepts the Product Manager Food & Beverage will review, validate, develop and deliver all new concepts working cross functionally with commercial and operational teams.

Ideal candidate:

• You will have experience in product management of food gained from hospitality, retail or leisure sectors
• For the Product Manager Food & Beverage role it is essential to be able to spin multiple plates, organization and attention to detail are key for this role and you will be able to bring creative thinking and ideas along with excellent data and insights skills.
• You will have a high level of commerciality and budget management experience and thrive working in a collaborative fast paced environment with lots of cross functional working.
• The Product Manager Food & Beverage will be a proactive, self-motivated individual who delivers results in a fast paced environment.
