  • Lead a dynamic team of engineers, leveraging Agile methodologies and Scrum implementation to develop complex systems efficiently.
  • Design and validate electrified powertrains, pushing the boundaries of automotive engineering.
  • Master the art of integrating complex systems for superior performance.
  • Challenge conventions, elevate team performance, and drive innovation.
  • Present complex technical ideas concisely and captivate diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate seamlessly by traveling between JLR’s engineering sites and test partners.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Knowledge, Skills, And ExperienceEssential:
  • Proven leadership experience, guiding engineers in Agile environments with Scrum implementation
  • Expertise in designing and validating electrified powertrains
  • Experience with Dyno testing/system testing
  • Strong capabilities in integrating complex systems
  • Ability to challenge and improve existing ideas, processes, and ways of working
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to demystify complex technical ideas
  • Flexibility to travel between JLR’s engineering sites and test partners
