The Company
This Senior Site Manager’s role is with one of the North East’s leading fit out contractors. They have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region’s most iconic buildings.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Site Manager (site-based lead) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of a £1.5m retail refurbishment scheme in Middlesborough.
- Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget.
- Manage project programme.
- Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.
- Assist with site establishment and site logistics.
- Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance.
- Identifies and manages risk.
- Ensure delivery against the project budgets.
- Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
