What You’ll Do
Support and provide input into New Product Introduction programs
Support and provide input into Process Qualification/Validation program
Support and provide Input into Cytiva Change Control program
Support Single Use Technologies Continuous Improvement program
Support root cause investigations and root cause analysis resulting from the Complaint and Deviation program
Quality lead for line support queries and FMEA update / creation
Support the internal audit program
Any o ther tasks based on your experience and capability, under your managers discretion

Who you are
Relevant university education (bachelor’s degree) or equivalent competence gained by experience
QA experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry
Demonstrated knowledge of Quality systems
Analytical/problem solving/root-cause analysis skills
Strong technical aptitude (i.e. able to read & comprehend technical documentation, ability to comprehend & execute procedures, demonstrated understanding of system documentation)
Possess integrity and high communication skills
Customer focused
Accountable for actions and results
Resourceful, effectively use internal and external resources
Seek simple solutions (pragmatic)
Service-minded and thorough
Able to handle multiple complex issues
Good presentation skills.
Open-minded
