Location: HINDHEAD, Surrey (transport provided from surrounding areas)
Salary: £17.500 to £20.900 per year

Shifts

7am to 7pm or 9am to 9pm - Days
7pm to 7am or 9pm to 9 am - Nights

Setting

Very small residential care homes for young adults and adults with Learning Disabilities / Autism / Physical Disabilities with mild challenging behaviour.

You will be true motivator with a caring nature and a positive outlook in life in order to encourage vulnerable people in your care to live their lives to the fullest.
Our residents are very active and outgoing, not letting their disabilities to get in a way in order to achieve their goals in life, no matter how small or big they are. Part of your job will be planning and participating in activities, such as swimming, going to the pub, music festivals, playing games or simply going for a nice walk.
Will the job involve any assistance with personal care?
The answer is YES, but very little. The main focus should always be on motivating and encouraging residents to do things by themselves as much as possible and not for themselves.
This is a very dynamic and rewarding role for Residential Care / Support Worker with or without previous experience in care/support line of work.
