Support Worker - Weekends Only

About the role:

We are located in the heart of Glastonbury, supporting individuals with a learning disability and physical disability. We are looking for a dedicated team who will support people to access community facilities such has hydro, trips to the theatre, cinema, local clubs and local places of interest. The ability to drive is preferable but not essential.
