We’re all here to make a positive difference to people with learning disabilities and/or autism in Somerset. Here at Discovery we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Support Worker team inBridgwater.

About the role:

At this service we support adults in individual flats as well as out in the community. We support people with shopping, medical appointments, personal care needs, accessing day services, going to church. This would be on a 121 basis.
