£9.50 - £9.65 per hour
37.5 hours per week
Oxfield Court Day Centre, Huddersfield
We need a committed and motivated individual to join our established staff team working in our Day Centre. You will provide support to clients who have multiple profound learning and physical disabilities with additional complex health needs. Some behaviours which challenge may also be displayed.
The Day Centre is Nurse led in the facilitation of health promotion and health intervention. The post will provide support with personal care, assistance with eating and drinking, leisure activities, moving and handling and supporting with the transportation to and from the day centre.
More important than experience is a caring and respectful attitude. Full paid training will be provided. The successful applicant will be required to work towards the completion of the Care Certificate as part of the role.
