We’re all here to make a positive difference to people with learning disabilities and/or autism in Somerset. Here at Discovery we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Support Worker team inFrome.

About The Role

In Frome we support 10 individuals with varying needs to live their lives to the full. We support with day to day living, household tasks, medication, personal care and finances, whilst promoting independence and helping people achieve their dreams.
