Our overarching strategy of ‘delivering health’ has enabled us to influence key segments of the healthcare system across primary and secondary care which includes pharmacy, GPs, hospitals and niche markets.About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Support Technician to join our team in Runcorn, Cheshire. Under supervision from the depot, this role will involve carrying out planned and preventative maintenance whilst gaining knowledge of the safe working practices required to carry out the role as a Technician.Assisting in the maintenance of high volume picking machinery via planned maintenance schedules.Assisting Technicians in fast reactions to breakdowns of the depot equipment.Maintain up to date records of all maintenance work, repairs, and site spares.Liaise with contractors carrying out work on site.Generation of paperwork and reports required.Who We WantWe are seeking a candidate with basic experience with conveyor systems and similar automation and a basic qualification in an Electrical/Mechanical/Pneumatic disciplineYou will have Basic Technical knowledge and experience of working to compliance with Health and SafetyYou will be educated to GCSE level C or above and demonstrate good communication, timekeeping, attention to detail and organisational skillsDesirable But Not Essential
  • Experience working within a Technical department especially maintenance
  • Working with Automated conveying systems
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
