About The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Marketing Department based in Runcorn as a Customer Content Developer. This customer focused role involves Communication planning and content creation, management for all Group-wide existing business propositions to ensure effective implementation and uptake of propositions and Implementation of brand guidelines on all and external facing communications.

In this role you will ensure customer messaging is appropriate, relevant, consisent and appropriate.

You will be a key member of our ‘marketing delivery team’ dealing with all processes related to production, collation and distribution of all CFBU customer communication.

Build close links with the web teams and other stakeholders, ensure relative information is updated on each web page in a relevant and timely manner, including trouble shooting and advising on processes.

Ensure delivery of content is appropriate to communication channel type such as e-newsletters, social media content and all CFBU customer/member communication is in line with CFBU strategy.

Ensuring company brand guidelines are adhered to on all internal and external facing communications, including letters, fascias, local marketing, magazines, leaflets online

Who We Want

Previous Pharmaceutical experience is desirable in this role; understanding community pharmacy, dispensing doctors, hospitals, healthcare, pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.

Working within a pharmacy/retail environment and /or marketing teams.

You will be skilled in the use of Content Management Systems (CMS) for the development updating of content onto websites.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Presentation Skills

Competent in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

You will be highly organised, with planning and attention to detail skills and a proven track record of prioritising workload to meet deadlines and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced marketing team

5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language & Mathematics.

There may also be a requirement to assist in other marketing activities where necessary. We offer a varied and interesting workload.

The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am till 5.15pm.

Ordinarily, our team is based within our Head Office in Runcorn but in light of the ongoing pandemic the team is working on a remote basis, with interviews potentially being held remotely also.
