When you join Purolite, an Ecolab company you have the ability to make an impact and shape your career whilst working for a company that provides sustainable solutions for our environment, businesses, and healthcare.As a Supply Planner You Will- Receive the demand plan/requirements and will plan to balance the supply with demand and provide lead times, manage inventory level(s), state when the orders need to be received and provide information to sales and others on when the orders can be dispatched.
- Create a weekly or monthly supply plan with 12-24 month horizon and support the production in doing detailed batch and daily level plan.
- Help in setting up new planning processes, identify bottlenecks and improve the overall supply planning and production process.
- Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in planning/ERP system(s.)
- Coordinate inter-plant scheduling constraints related to schedule break-ins, raw materials, etc. facilitated through regular communication.
- Support the sales and operations planning process.
- Identify, analyze & implement continuous improvement opportunities to result in service improvements or cost savings. Interact with key cross-functional stakeholders as required for success.
- A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, science or similar.
- Previous Supply or Production Planning experience is a must, preferably for manufacturing environment with global operations.
- Capacity to step up for a more global role at a later stage and grow together with the business growth.
- Ability to create new planning processes to identify and solve existing problems to improve overall efficiency.
- Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment of pharmaceutical, life science, bio-tech, food, chemical industries or similar is a plus.
