Join Ecolab’s sales team as Sales Support Manager in the Institutional Division.Within position you will manage all support functions for the sales office. Manage support of all sales team associates including senior management. Your main responsibilities will be managing, co-ordinating, and assigning work to field support staff based in UKIE including acquisitions.

What You Will Do
  • Administrative support specialists to provide efficient and productive service to internal and external customers in accordance with established policies and procedures, including (but not exhaustive): Sales & Marketing; Finance; Distribution; Training & Technical.
  • Central planning & deployment of field installs, and collaboration between Field sales, CSC & CA & progress reporting.
  • Divisional spend on delivery costs, FOC, stationery, 3rd party printing and sub-contracted installation support.
  • Liability claim handling including communications with legal team and company legal partners.
  • Inbound and outbound Key account customer communications including distributor requests.
  • Responsible for onboarding new field associates and leaders in basic responsibilities and processes.
  • Handles field re-alignment requests. Oversees special sales reporting requests on customer spend and revenue. Primary contact for sales analysis and planning, and human resources.
  • Responsible for department asset management (fleet related issues, PC related issues, etc.).
  • Lead, recruit, coach, train, motivate, promote personnel including PP+D adherence to company rules, policies, and guidelines. In conjunction with HR partner manages all employee relation matters as required.
  • Leads implementation and collaborates on new business wins and product change deployments and special projects.
  • Divisional H&S compliance to UKIE & Company policies.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years office management experience, preferably in a sales organisation with a minimum of 2 years team leadership experience.
  • Degree in Business & Administration Management or similar preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation, strong business acumen, customer relations, and demonstrable ability to plan, motivate and develop a cohesive team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, all applications but strong in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Accountable for supervision of 6 -12 administrative support positions.
  • Determines salary recommendations for subordinates working within corporate policies, established goals and budget limits. Reports to Country sales Director.
