A role in the Business Supplier Deployment Team (National Buying) is a great opportunity to play a part in the delivery of a global transformation project. The successful candidate will form relationships across all departments and the international ALDI business to prepare our Business Partners for go-live.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Partner Deployment team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This new role will support the successful onboarding of Business Partners to Aldi’s new ways of working with a focus on inbound processes.

A ’can do’ attitude, problem solving mindset and consistently positive approach are essential as the successful candidate will be working directly with Business Partners to investigate and resolve errors with Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs). High attention to detail and a proven track record as a confident communicator will ensure the successful candidate can host effective interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your New Role

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support Business Partners through their go-live preparation and stabilisation phase
• Effective communication with Business Partners by email, phone and video call will be important to promote the new ways of working and support Business Partners through the change
• Keeping relevant stakeholders in the Buying teams aware of progress, and providing feedback and expert support when necessary
• Creating internal and external communication documents to a high standard

• Knowledge of supply chain and purchasing
• Experience of working with EDI systems

What You’ll get in Return

• Salary starting £34,690 rising to £40,510
• 12-month fixed term contract
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
