About the Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Statutory Returns & Reporting Officer to join our Business Intelligence Service (BIS) team, working on the preparation and submission of our statutory returns and delivering high quality, accurate and timely statutory data in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will drive continuous improvement in business and systems processes to meet new and changing statutory requirements and to ensure a robust basis for performance insights and strategic decision making.

With a Degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification and appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD, you will have advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills, excellent IT skills and the resilience and flexibility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will have significant experience of working in a Higher Education environment and of HESA-related data. In particular, experience in producing, interpreting, and reporting statistical data and working with complex data sets.
