South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a caring, compassionate, self-motivated and reliable Nurse to work on the Nicol Unit based at the Stratford upon Avon Hospital. The Nicol unit is a 20-bed GP run ward caring for patients who require admission prevention, rehabilitation or palliative care or sub-acute intervention.To deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or medical treatment. The post holders will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs, and implementation and evaluation of the programme of the care. The post holders are required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of nursing care within South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust.Come and join a Trust rated Outstanding by the CQC.
