What You’ll Do
  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Lightning Web Components, leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company’s initiatives
  • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development and testing (unit and systems), mentoring and helping team members
  • Assessment of new technologies to integrate with the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Demonstrates expert understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives
  • Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
  • Promotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences, with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4/5 years of experience as Salesforce developer with proven understanding of Salesforce architecture and API
  • Experience in Lightning and Lightning Web components or any JavaScript framework
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience using GitHub or other version control software
  • Ability to create technical documentation
  • Experience working in geographically distributed teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Strong team player
