Requirements

  • Teaching Assistant Qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Previous Teaching Assistant and SEN experience desirable (references required)
  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children or young people
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Providing support on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis
  • Assisting learners with severe and complex needs
  • Collaborating with teachers to support learning objectives
