Spa Host - Three Graces Spa at Grantley Hall

Grantley Hall is an exclusive, five star luxury hotel and wellness retreat, nestled in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. With 47 exquisite rooms and suites, four exceptional restaurants and three sophisticated bars. The extensive development has also included the introduction of a tranquil spa and pioneering ELITE luxury gym and executive wellness facility, alongside a stunning events pavilion that seats up to 180 guests with a unique and glamorous champagne and cocktail bar.

At Grantley Hall we are currently looking for a Spa Host to join our award winning Spa and the fantastic team. This role is perfect for a spa and health enthusiast who loves a varied role!

Purpose Of The Job
  • As a Spa Host, you will be meeting and greeting spa guests, taking bookings via phone, email and upselling treatments and products to guests.
  • You will be working alongside the Spa lounge food and beverage host by providing refreshments to day spa, hotel and member guests poolside and within the Spa.
  • Supporting the spa therapists with the daily set up of treatment rooms and clear down, ensuing all the right equipment in in each room.
  • Maintaining an adequate provision of towels, robes and slippers in available in the Three Graces and Elite Wellness changing rooms, pools side and the used towel drops are regularly emptied and used laundry taken to the in-house laundry.
  • You will be ensuring that guest needs are met and that they are looked over from the minute they arrive to their departure.
  • Daily assisting the Three Graces reception team with guest meet and greet, spa orientation, day spa check in and out, taking payment for retail and refreshments taken, alongside internal customer enquiries on treatment availability and bookings.
About You
  • Experience working is a Spa is preferred.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and also delegate (where appropriate).
  • A passion for delivering a five star spa service, to a high standard with all guests.
  • Possess a drive to learn new and innovative ways of working within a Five Star Spa for the benefits of the team’s health and fulfilling the customers bespoke Wellness aims.
  • Flexible regarding availability and working hours.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the spa industry and immaculately presented.
