The Huntsman Innis now recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at our fantastic destination Inn located in Holmfirth.

About The Role

Leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence, our Sous Chef will be also be responsible for menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen. You will ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, continuously motivating the junior members of the kitchen team to make sure that fresh, quality food is presented each time.

Ideally, we are looking for a Sous Chef who has experience in a similar position and can truly demonstrate that they have the drive and ambition to take on this challenge.

The Huntsman Inn is nested high above Saddleworth Moor just outside Holmfirth village, West Yorkshire. Guests can sit by the fire in our pub whilst sipping one of our fine JW Lees ales, or dine in our fabulous restaurant with a wide menu selection to cater for all tastes.
